3% Movement

The 3% Movement was born out of a time when only 3% of all U.S. Creative Directors were women. I'm proud to say that I had the privilege of creating this project in the early ages of the movement, and I'm thrilled to see how far it's come - thanks to their tireless efforts, that number has risen to an impressive 29%.

We wanted to create a visually striking identity for the "Brands on Board" theme. To show the need for more women in advertising, we pink-dipped consumer goods, and I crafted a cool hand-brushed font. Despite a tight budget, we got creative and conducted a photoshoot in the agency basement. The result was so impressive that we extended the visuals beyond the program guidebook to the entire event branding, setting a new standard for future events.
